Egg can be prepared in many methods. This Kuma is preparing with coconut and spices. This is very tasty and thick gravy. Egg kurma ia best combination with chappathi, appam, and rice also. In my home, chappathy and egg curry is the favorite dish and i will prepare for several times. Let's prepare the tasty "Egg kurma".

Add water and allow to boil. When the gravy is boiling, add boiled and slit eggs and allow to boil for 4-5 minutes.

Grind coconut, fennel seeds, garlic and green chilly. For spicy, we are adding green chilly only. So we can add as per the spicy we want.
Heat oil in a kadai, add spices(cinnamon, cloves, bay leafs).
Add onion, chopped ginger and garlic and fry well. Add tomato and when the onion turned golden brown.
Add ground coconut paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and fry little.Add water and allow to boil. When the gravy is boiling, add boiled and slit eggs and allow to boil for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with chappathi, appam or rice.
