There are different ways to prepare Potato curry. This curry, i made with onions and tomatoes, garlic and others. In this curry i am adding capsicum. It is a optional ingredient. This is different method of preparation, and you all will definitely be the fans of potato curry.

Garlic | : | 4 pieces |

Chilly powder | : | 1 Tsp |
Turmeric powder | : | 1/4 Tsp |
Oil | : | 3 Tsp |
Salt | : | As you neeed |
Boil the potatoes, peel off and cut into cubes. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion, garlic, curry leafs, red hilly and fry well. After onion tuned brown, add chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Add boiled and cubed potatoes and capsicum and fry.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and stir.
Fry well, depending on the consistency you want. If you want crispy means, fry more, otherwise cook for 7 to 9 minutes.
Serve hot with Sambar rice or Chappathi. Try this different potato curry and Leave your cherished comments.
