Tomato | : | 1 No |
Ginger garlic paste | : | 1 Tsp |
Garam masala | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Chilly powder | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Turmeric powder | : | 1/4 Tsp |
Salt | : | To taste |
Oil | : | 3 Tsp |
Fennel seeds | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Coriander leaves | : | Few |
Curry leaves | : | Few |
Roll the Kerala parota and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds. Add Onion slices, curry leaves and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped tomato and saute till the tomato got smashed.
Add eggs and fry well.Add parota pieces and mix it well. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Mix it well and add chopped coriander leaves.
After mixed well. transfer to the serving plate and serve hot....
