Whenever we preparing Idli or Dosa, the big confusion is 'What chutney will make?' The simple, easy and quick preparing chutney means your fist choice would be 'Coconut chutney'. We can make this chutney without oil. Idli, Sambar, Coconut chutney is a usual and best combination.

Mustard | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Curry leafs | : | 7 Nos |
Take a Mixer jar and put chopped coconut, fried gram dal (pottukadalai), ginger,garlic,green chilly, salt and add some water and grind well. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard. After mustard pops, add curry leafs.
Add the fried mustard and curry leafs (thalipu) in grind chutney.
Serve with idly, dosa, or pongal and leave your valuable comments.
