How to prepare Pepper Rasam

We can make many types of rasam. But pepper rasam (milagu rasam) is a most popular and very easy to prepare. Rasam is placing in daily menu in most of the Tamil families. In every heavy menu, rasam is the essential one. Try this simple rasam and enjoy!..
Basic Information :
Time consume : 10 Mins
Serve : 4 persons
 Ingredients :
Tamarind : lemon size
Tomato : 2 Nos
Pepper : 2 Tsp
Cumin seeds : 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Garlic : 5 Pcs
Mustard : 1/2 Tsp
Dry methi : 1/4 Tsp
Curry leafs : 10 Nos
Coriander leafs : 2 Tsp


Method :
Soak the tamarind for 5 minutes.
Grind pepper, cumin seeds and garlic. Add tomato to grind. No need to full grind.
 Add the grinned masala to tamarind juice and mix well with the hand. After that add asafoetida powder.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, dry methi. After mustard popes, add curry leafs and red chilies and put into the tamarind masala, and keep in low flame.
 Keep the rasam in flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Before start to boiling, transfer to the serving dish, and garnish with coriander leafs.
That's it! Marvelous Milagu rasam is ready to serve with Rice.
