How to prepare Seer fish fry

Seer fish is also called Vanjram meen and Nei meen in Tamil and it is a very tasty fish. It is not having thorns except center bone. So we can give it for children. Seer fish is rich in protein which helps to improve immunity power and gives energy to our body. Seer fish is preferable for all of us if you are in diet also, as it is having low sodium and average fat content. It will be more tasty, if we fry with home made masala. I am taking ginger garlic juice with masala powders as my sister-in-law suggested, and this fry was very tasty. Let's prepare the tasty Seer fish fry.
Basic information :
Soaking time : 30 Mins
Cooking time : 5 Mins
Serve for  : 3 Persons
Ingredients :

Seer fish : 1/2 Kg
Ginger : Small Pc
Garlic : 4 Nos
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 2 Tsp
Fennel seed powder : 1 Tsp
Pepper powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil : For fry
Method :
Wash the seer fish well. Crush ginger, garlic and take juice. Mix all masala powders and salt with ginger garlic juice.
Marinate the fish with the mixed masala. Keep the marinated fish for minimum 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and make shallow fry in both the sides.
After the fish fried well in both the sides, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot.

How to prepare tasty Fish fry

Fish fry! It is very favorite for all fish lovers. Instead of using instant masala, if we prepare at home, the taste will be very nice and natural. Making masala is very easy and quick method. After  trying this fry, we won't go for instant masalas. Let's prepare " Tasty Fish Fry".
Basic information :
Time consume :
For soak : 20 Mins
Fry : 5 Mins
Serve : 4 Persons
Ingredients :
Any Fish:1/2 Kg
Red chilly:10 Nos
Ginger:Small Pc
Garlic:7 Nos
Pepper:1/4 Tsp
Tamarind:Small Pc
Turmeric powder:1/4 Tsp
Fennel:1/2 Tsp
Salt:As you need
Oil:1 Cup
Method :
Grind all the masala items in mixer grinder nicely. Marinate the masala with the fish and soak for 20 minutes. You can preserve  the marinated fish for 1 or 2 days.
 Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the fish till it crisp.
After fry, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot.Everyone try this shallow fried fish and see the difference into instant fry.

How to fry Nethili fish

Small nethili fish fry is very tasty and simple. This type of fish fry is mostly serving in all South Indian Hotels. We need to shallow fry this fish. If we buy the fresh fish, we can get more flesh in this and it will not more crispy. But the taste will be very nice and you will definitely like it.

For soak : 30  Mins
Fry : 5 Mins
Serve : 4 Persons
Ingredients :


Nethili fish : 1/2 Kg
Red chilly powder : 2 Tsp
Garlic : 7 Nos
Cornflour  : 1 Tsp
Turmaric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Fennel : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : As you need
Oil : 1 Cup
Method :
Crush the Garlic and fennel.(We can add fennel powder). Mix well and marinate  the mixed masala with the fish. Soak  for minimum 30 minutes.
Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry the soaked fish.
We can soak this overnight, can be fried for next day or we can preserve the marinated fish  for 1 or 2 days.
