Veg Pizza dosa

Pizza is the favorite dish for all kids. My daughter like pizza very much. She likes cheese also. So i tried pizza in dosa. When i tried this dosa, my daughter liked very much and she always ask me to prepare this dosa.  I am using sweet corn and some vegetables in this pizza. We can use any vegetable, paneer or we can use chicken, mutton as well. We can show our talent to decorate the pizza and we can involve our kids also. They will also enjoy to make and eat their pizza. I am very pleasure to share this recipe to all of you.
Basic information :
Preparation time : 10 Mins
Serve for : 1 Kid
Ingredients :
Dosa batter : 1 Cup
Cheese : 2 Slices
Chopped Capsicum : 1 Tsp
Chopped tomato : 1 Tsp
Sliced Onion : 1 Tsp
Sliced carrots : 1 Tsp
Sweet corn : 1 Tsp
Oil : 1 Tsp
Method :
Heat dosa thava and pour dosa batter and make dosa.
Put sliced or grated cheese over the dosa.
Add all the vegetables and cooked sweet corn over the cheese. Our some oil over it and close the dosa with the lid.
After 1 minute of cooking, transfer the pizza to serving plate and serve with herbal powder and tomato sauce and your favorite juice.

Shahi paneer

Shahi paneer is made in paneer with thick gravy. Mostly, we are using fresh cream for this dish. But i am adding low fat milk. When we were in North India, we used to taste this dish as a side dish for nan, roti and fulkas in many restaurants. Now only i got an idea to make this shahi paneer at home. It is very tasty and all are in my family liked very much. It is very tasty when we have with chapathy and paratha. Let we see how to prepare the tasty Shahi paneer.
Basic information :
Preparation time  : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 20 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :

For saute and grind :
Cinnamon : 2 Nos
Cloves : 2 Nos
Cardamon : 2 Nos
Onion : 1 No
Tomato : 3 Nos
Grated ginger : 2 Tsp
Chopped garlic : 1 Tsp
Curry leaves : Few
For saute :
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 1 Tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : To taste
Paneer : 100 Gm
Capsicum : 1/2 No
Fennel seeds                 :  1 Tsp
Milk                              :  1/2 Cup
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and fry the saute and grind ingredients well till the tomato smashed. After got cool, grind the fried masala as a paste.
Cube the paneer. Heat oil in a pan,  add fennel seeds. add ground paste and saute well.

Add all the masala powders ans salt, saute well till the raw smell goes and oil comes out.
After the oil came out, add cubed paneer, capsicum and mix.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix it well.
After adding milk, keep the gravy in low flame for 5 minutes and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.

Jeera rice / Cumin seeds fried rice

Jeera rice is prepared with cumin seeds in basmathy rice. Cumin seeds is giving rice aroma and it is very tasty. Cumin seeds are having a lot of health benefits. It is rich in lot of minerals like, iron, calcium, potassium, copper, zinc etc.... These minerals helps to increase the red blood cells and helps to control the blood pressure. It regulates the sperm generation. Also it is rich in vitamins like vitamin A, E ,C and lot of B-complex vitamin. So it is a healthy rice recipe for lunch. Let us see how to prepare the healthy and tasty Jeer rice.

Basic information :
Preparation time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 4  persons
Ingredients :

Basmathy rice : 1 Cup
Cumin seeds : 1 Tsp
Ghee or oil : 2 Tsp
Cinnamon : 2 Nos
Bay leaf : 1 No
Cloves : 3 Nos
Onion : 1 No
Grated ginger : 1 Tsp
Garlic : 3 Nos
Green chilly : 3 Nos
Curry leaves : Few
Salt : To taste
Method :
Wash the basmathy rice and cook. Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves. Add cumin seeds. Add sliced onion, curry leaves, green chilly and saute well. Add ginger, garlic and saute.
Add cooked rice, salt and mix it well.
After mixing well, transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with any side dish like shahi paneer, chicken curry or something.

Paneer nuggets / Paneer pakoda

Pakoda is the favorite snack in our family and I will prepare in every evenings in rainy season. This time, i tried making pokoda using paneer. It is very nice and tasty. Paneer pokoda is prepared with cubed paneer dipped in basen mixer. It is the best tea time snack. We can feel it's crispy in outer and softness in inner side. It gives different taste and delicious recipe. Paneer is rich in calcium. So this is a healthy calcium rich snack.
Basic information :
Preparation time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 3  persons
Ingredients :
Paneer : 100 Gm
Basen  : 4 Tsp
Rice flour : 1 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Baking soda : 1 Pinch
Method :
Cut the paneer in cubes.
Mix all the ingredients well with water. The consistency should be thick not be very thin.
Add the cubed paneer in the flour mix.
Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the dipped paneer.
After the paneer fried well in all the sides, transfer to the serving plate and garnish with fried curry leaves and onion pakoda and serve with tomato sauce.

How to prepare Basen Dokla

Dokla preparing with basen is one the favorite North Indian snack item. I am preparing in home style. I am making first time and it came very nice and tasty. My husband and my kid like very much and they asked where you have bought this. I am using baking powder to make more fluffy instead of eno fruit salt. It came very much fluffy. I am very glad to share this to all of you. Let us see how we can prepare the tasty Dokla.
Basic information :
Preparation time:15 Mins
Cooking time:25 Mins
Serve for:5-6 Persons
Ingredients :
Basen : 1 Cup
Ginger : Small pc
Green chilly : 5 Pcs
Salt : 1 Tsp
Lemon juice : 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Mustard : 1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves : Few
Baking powder : 1 Tsp
Method :
Grind green chilly and ginger.
In one cup of basen, add ground chilly paste, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and mix it well without any lumps.
Keep the mixed flour for 30 minutes for set.
After 30 minutes, add baking powder and mix well. It should be in idly batter consistency.
Take one plate or tiffin box and apply oil. Pour the well mixed flour.
Bake the flour in a idly pot pot or momos baker for atleast 20_25 minutes. After 25 minutes, check whether it is cook or not with the help of fork spoon. Let it cool in room temperature.
After getting cool, transfer to another plate by turning back side. Cut the baked Dokla in to medium pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard. After mustard pops, add curry leaves. Add one cup of water and sugar. Add green chilies.
Add the sugar water in the Dokla pieces to garnish and serve.

How to prepare Gobi chilly dry \ Chilly Cauliflower 65

Wherever we go, We can see Chilly Gobi dry or Gobi Manchurian  in all restaurants. I am preparing this in home made masala. I am not using any chilly chicken powders and also any sauces. It is pure vegetarian and home made recipe. This fry can be have as a snack or side dish for lunch. Or we can have as a starters. It has a delicious taste and i am serving this fry with fried onion. capsicum, and green chilies. My daughter will eat this when i am frying itself. It is a very good snack and please everyone try......
Basic information :
Preparation time : 5 Mins
Soaking time : 30 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :
Cauliflower : 1 No
Corn flour : 3 Tsp
Rice flour : 1 Tsp
chilly powder : 1 Tsp
Fennel powder : 1/2 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 Tsp
Salt : To taste
Oil : To fry
Method :
Cut and wash the cauliflower in hot water with adding turmeric powder and salt.
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well without and lumps.
Mix the washed cauliflower into the flour mix and soak for at least 30 minutes. I forgot to take 1 photograph. Heat oil in a frying pan, make shallow fry the well soaked Gobi.
After fried well in all the sides, transfer to the serving plate and serve with fried onion, capsicum and green chilies.

How to prepare Mint Gobi fry \ Cauliflower puthina fry \ Green cauliflower dry fry

Normally we will prepare Gobi chill, Gobi Manchurian or prepare with potato or other vegetables. But Green Gobi fry is a different fry and the mint flavor also very nice. It gives a nice taste for the fry. I tried it for evening tea time and my husband and my daughter liked very much. They said it is very nice in mint flavor and the aroma. When we are using mint, it helps to digest easily. Come let's prepare the the tasty Gobi mint fry or Hara cauliflower fry.
Basic information :
Preparation time : 5 Mins
Soaking time : 30 Mins
Serve for : 2 Persons
Ingredients :
Cauliflower : 1/2 No
Mint leaves : 3 Tsp
Garlic : 4 Pcs
Cumin seeds : 1 Tsp
Green chilly : 3 Nos
Lemon juice : 1 Tsp
Cornflour : 2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil : To fry
Method :
Cut and wash the Gobi by adding salt and turmeric powder in hot water.
Grind mint leaves (puthina), green chilly, garlic, cumin seeds nicely as a green chutney.

Add cornflour, lime juice and salt in the green chutney.

Add the washed Gobi, mix well and soak for minimum 30 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan, make shallow fry the soaked Gobi well.

After the Gobi fried well in all the sides, transfer to the serving plate and serve with fried onion, capsicum, curry leaves.
