It will helps to cure mouth ulcer also. It is one of the medical plant which helps to cure all type of stomach diseases. It's botanical name is Solanum Nagram. It is having little bit bitter taste. So we have to add grated coconut for more taste. This fry is very tasty and very healthy for kids as well as elder persons.

Mustard seeds | : | 1/4 Tsp |

Wash well the bunch of greens and cut it. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. After the seeds pops, add chopped onions, slit green chilies and saute well.
Add washed and chopped greens and saute. Sprinkle some water and close the pan with the lid after adding salt.
After the greens cooked well, add grated coconut and mix well.Mix well and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with rice or chapathy.
