Shahi paneer

Shahi paneer is made in paneer with thick gravy. Mostly, we are using fresh cream for this dish. But i am adding low fat milk. When we were in North India, we used to taste this dish as a side dish for nan, roti and fulkas in many restaurants. Now only i got an idea to make this shahi paneer at home. It is very tasty and all are in my family liked very much. It is very tasty when we have with chapathy and paratha. Let we see how to prepare the tasty Shahi paneer.
Basic information :
Preparation time  : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 20 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :

For saute and grind :
Cinnamon : 2 Nos
Cloves : 2 Nos
Cardamon : 2 Nos
Onion : 1 No
Tomato : 3 Nos
Grated ginger : 2 Tsp
Chopped garlic : 1 Tsp
Curry leaves : Few
For saute :
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 1 Tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : To taste
Paneer : 100 Gm
Capsicum : 1/2 No
Fennel seeds                 :  1 Tsp
Milk                              :  1/2 Cup
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and fry the saute and grind ingredients well till the tomato smashed. After got cool, grind the fried masala as a paste.
Cube the paneer. Heat oil in a pan,  add fennel seeds. add ground paste and saute well.

Add all the masala powders ans salt, saute well till the raw smell goes and oil comes out.
After the oil came out, add cubed paneer, capsicum and mix.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix it well.
After adding milk, keep the gravy in low flame for 5 minutes and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
