Ladyfinger fry is the best snack item and healthy. This can be have as a side dish for any main dish or we can have as it is. I always used to make normal bindi fry. This time, i tried the crispy version. It came very well. I made it with the inspiration of you guys who have posted the bindi fry. This is crispy and tasty fry which all the kids like very much. My daughter likes very much and she will eat more food with this fry. Hope you all like this...

Ladyfinger | : | 1/4 Kg |
Corn flour | : | 4 Tsp |
Rice flour | : | 2 Tsp |
Chilly powder | : | 1 Tsp |
Cumin powder | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Turmeric powder | : | 1/4 Tsp |
Curd | : | 2 Tsp |
Salt | : | 1 Tsp |
Oil | : | To fry |
Wash the ladyfinger, make it dry and cut into slices. Mix all the ingredients well as bajji mix batter and mix it with the bindi slices. Keep it for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the batter mixed bindi well in all the sides.
After fried well, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot...
