Sheer fish is also called Vanjram fish, King fish, Neimeen. It is very tasty and healthy fish which can be give for kids. Sheer fish is having only center bone. Already i made normal Sheer fish fry and posted it. This time, i tried different fry which is learnt from my favorite chef. He made this as grilled fish. Being not available of grilling pan, i fried in dosa thava. It came very well and i tried with lemon butter sauce also. With the sauce and medium spicy, this fish fry is very good taste and my daughter like very much. Being less spicy, we can give for all the kids. Let us see, how to prepare the tasty and healthy Sheer fish fry with lemon butter sauce.

Sheer fish | : | 4 Slices |
Mustard paste | : | 2 Tsp |
Lemon juice | : | 1 Tsp |
pepper powder | : | 3 Tsp |
Mixed herbs | : | 1 Tsp |
Maida | : | 2 Tsp |
Salt | : | To taste |
For sauce | : | |
Butter | : | 3 Tsp |
Lemon juice | : | 2 Tsp |
Parsli | : | 2 Tsp |
Salt | : | 1 Tsp |
Wash the fish slices, marinate with the given ingredients except maida and keep it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, dip the fish in the maida flour and fry it in both the sides well.
Heat butter in a pan. Do not over cook the butter. Add lemon juice, salt, parsli.
Add the lemon butter sauce over the fried fish and serve hot.
