Samosa is one of the very good snack which everyone likes. Instead of using usual potato, peas masala, i am preparing this samosa with paneer masala. It is very tasty and healthy also. Paneer is rich in calcium and every child will likes it. When we make our children's favorite paneer in different way like samosa, they will definitely like this snack. I am happy to share this healthy snack with you all. Let us see how to prepare Paneer samosa.

Maida | : | 2 Cup |
Rawa | : | 2 Tsp |
Butter | : | 2 Tsp |
Salt | : | 1 Pinch |
Oil | : | 1 Tsp |
For stuffing | : | |
Fennel seed | : | 1 Tsp |
Paneer | : | 200 Gm |
Onion | : | 1 No |
Grated ginger | : | 1 Tsp |
Green chilly | : | 1 No |
Curry leaves | : | Few |
Coriander leaves | : | Few |
Chilly powder | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Salt | : | To taste |
Oil | : | For fry |
Making dough :
Mix dough ingredients well as smooth dough. Kneed the dough for at-least 5 minutes to make the dough smoother and keep it for 15 minutes.
Making stuffing :
Grate the paneer. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds. Add nicely chopped onions, curry leaves, grated ginger, green chilly and saute well.
Add grated paneer and saute. Add chilly powder and saute well.Making samosa :
Kneed the dough well and make big lemon size balls. Spread the flour ball like circle as puri.
Cut the dough circle into two pieces.
Take one side of the circle and make cone shape as shown below.
Fill the stuffing into the cone and close the cone by pressing the corners with hands.
Make all the balls like samosa.
After fried all the sides, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketch-up, sauce or jam.
