How to prepare tasty Spring chicken

Spring chicken and Ghee rice is one of the tasty and favorite Sunday menu in my family. Whenever  my friends and relatives comes to my home, they will be suggested  me to prepare Spring chicken. When compared to normal chicken fries,it is very different in taste. There are three steps to prepare  spring chicken.
Step 1. Fry and grind masala..
Step 2. Fry the chicken. 
Step 3. Mix together and fry.
Basic information :
Preparation time : 15 Mins
Cooking time : 15 Mins
Serve : 4 Persons
Ingredients : 
Boneless chicken : 1/2 Kg
For marinate
Ginger garlic paste : 2 Tsp
Chilly powder : 2 Tsp
Garam masala powder : 1 Tsp
Pepper powder : 1 Tsp
Rice flour : 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Fry and grind masala
Tomato puree : 1 Cup
Chopped Onion : 1 Cup
Chopped ginger : 1 Tsp
garlic : 7 Nos
Curry leaves : 10 Nos
Chilly powder : 2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 2 Tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Final fry
Oil : 3 Tsp
Chopped onion : 1/2 Cup
Coconut pieces : 1/4 Cup



Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add (chopped) onions, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and fry.
Add tomato puree and fry well.
Add chilly powder, coriander powder salt and fry well.
After the raw smell gone switch off the flame and keep for cool.
Grind the cooled masala. Clean the boneless chicken and cut into small pieces. Mix all the marinate masalas and marinate with the chicken.
Soak for 5-10 minutes and shallow fry the chicken.
In same pan, add chopped onion, coconut pieces and curry leaves and fry well.
Add fried chicken and ground masala and fry.
Add some water and keep it in flame.Stir occasionally.
After some time transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with ghee rice or biriyani or rasam rice.
Everyone try this delicious spring chicken and enjoy.
