Lemon rice is South Indian special recipe. This is very easy preparation and usually be prepared in a hurry situation. In my home, Lemon rice is placing in every Monday menu. It is the best lunch box recipe. For this, we can use pickle as a side dish. Its very tasty and simple recipe.

Lemon | : | 1 No |
Peanuts | : | 2 Tsp |
Channa dal | : | 2 Tsp |
Green chilly | : | 3 Nos |
Curry leafs | : | 8 Nos |
Mustard | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Turmeric powder | : | 1/4 Tsp |
Salt | : | As per taste |
Oil | : | 4 Tsp |
Mix turmeric powder and salt in lemon juice.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, peanut and chana dal and fry. Add curry leafs, green chilly.
Add the fried mixer into the lemon juice mixer.
Add all the mixer in the boiled and cooled rice and mix well and serve.
