Manchurian is one of my favorite dish. Whenever i am going to any restaurant, i will order only variety of Manchurian. Chicken Manchurian is the tasty dish which i like the most. i have tried in vegetables Veg-Manchurian. No, i tried with chicken. Boneless Chicken | : | 1/2 Kg |

Garlic paste | : | 1/2 Tsp |

Turmeric powder | : | 1/4 Tsp |

Rice flour | : | 1/2 Tsp |

Tomato sauce | : | 2 Tsp |
Soya sauce | : | 1 Tsp |
Capsicum | : | 1/2 No |
Cornflour paste | : | 1/4 Cup |
Wash the chicken pieces with turmeric powder and marinate with the marinate ingredients and soak for at-least 30 minutes.
After soaked well, deep fry the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and saute well.
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and chopped capsicum.
Add cornflour paste (mix with water) and add some water and keep it medium flame till it thickens.
After getting good consistency, transfer to the serving plate, garnish with spring onions and 1 pinch of white sesame seeds. Ya.. It is ready to serve now.
