Potato recipe - Potato lahori / Aloo Lahori

Preparing aloo in different style is every body's favorite. I already made potato stir fry, potato finger chips, potato simple fry, potato masala. Now, i tried a new version with aloo ,called Aloo lahori. It is something different from the original version. I made this potato fry with curd gravy. I am not adding white cream or kasuri methi and saffron. If we want, we can add all these. It is very tasty. When i prepared first time, i made with more spicy. So second time, i adjust the spiciness. let us see how to prepare the tasty Aloo lahori.
Basic information :
Preparation time  : 15 Mins
Cooking time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 3 Persons
Ingredients :
For grind :
Onion : 1 Big no
Green chilly : 4 Nos
Ginger : 1 Inch
Garlic : 5 Cloves
For curry :
Potato : 4 Nos
Cumin powder : 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : To taste
Spring onions : Few
Curd : 1 Cup
Milk : 1/2 Glass
Method :
Boil the potato, peel off and cube it.
Heat oil in a pan, make stir fry little the cubed potatoes.
Grind the ingredients that is under for grind heading.
Heat oil in a pan, add ground paste and saute well. Add cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Add fried potatoes. After mixed well, add 1 cup of thick or hung curd or yogurt and mix it well.
Finally, add 1/2 a glass of thick milk and transfer to the serving dish. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
