Mango pachadi is one of the favorite recipe in South India, specially in Tamil Nadu. It is having all the tastes like, sweet, spicy, salt, sour and it is very tasty. My daughter likes very much and she will eat without any main dish. For preparing this recipe, we need half sour mangoes like parrot nose mango. (kilimooku mangai). For spicy. i am adding chilly powder. We can also use red chilly instead of powder. Let's prepare the tasty Mango pachadi.

Peel off the mango and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard. After the mustard pops, add curry leaves.
Add mango pieces and fry.
Add chilly powder, salt, fry and add little water and allow it to boil.
After the mango pieces boiled well, smash it and add jaggery and smash.
After the jaggery smashed well, transfer to the serving dish and serve.
