How to prepare Chana masala with brinjal curry

Chana masala is a regular curry. But while preparing with brinjal is very tasty and spicy recipe and in this, i am adding tamarind juice with coconut gravy. While adding tamarind, this gravy will be tangy and the taste will be spicy with tangy. It is the best combination with rice and chapathi. it is different with regular chana curry. Let's prepare the tasty and spicy "Chana masala with brinjal curry".
Basic information :
Soaking time : 6-7 Hrs
Preparation time : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 20 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredient :

Chana black : 1 Cup
Mustard : 1/4 Tsp
Cumin seeds : 1 Tsp
Dry methi : 1/4 Tsp
Onion : 1/2 No
Green chilly : 1 No
Curry leaves : Few
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 11/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil : 3 Tsp
Tomato                  :  1 No
For grind 

Coconut grated : 1 Cup
Cumin seeds : 1 Tsp
Sambar onion : 5 Nos
Method :
Soak the chana overnight. wash the chana and presser cook in leaving 4-5 whistles.
Grind the grind ingredients as a paste. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, cumin seeds, dry methi. Add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and fry well. Add sliced brinjal and chopped tomato and fry till the tomato smashed.
Add all the masala powders, salt and tamarind juice stir. Add little water and close the kadai.
After the brinjal cooked, add ground paste and cooked chana and allow it boil till the raw smell goes.
After the raw smell gone, keep it for 5 minutes in low flame and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
