Water | : | 2 Bowls |
Rice flour | : | 2 Tsp |
Onion | : | 2 Nos |
Green chilly | : | 2 Nos |
Coriander leaves | : | 2 Tsp |
pepper powder | : | 1 Tsp |
Salt | : | To taste |
Grated cheese | : | 4 Tsp |
Heat 2 bowls of water and add butter, salt.
Add the butter water in maida flour and mix well. Keep the batter for 5 minutes to cool.
Add nicely chopped onions, green chilly, coriander leaves, pepper powder and grated cheese.
Mix well the batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan, take small size balls in hand and put it in the well-heated oil.
Fry the cheese balls well and transfer to the serving plate and serve with tomato sauce and hot tea.
