Potatoes | : | 1/4 Kgs |
Garlic | : | 4-5 pcs |
Fennel Powder | : | 1 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | : | 1/4 tsp |
Chilly Powder | : | 1/2 tsp |
Oil | : | 1 tsp |
Salt | : | Need |
Tips :
You can add Fennel, Garlic, Red Chilly Paste, instead of adding powders and Chopped Garlic.
Method :
Peel off the Potatoes and cut into small Cubes. Heat Oil in a Heavy based Kadai. Add chopped Garlic and Potato cubes and Fry.
Add Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Fennel powder and Salt and Fry well.
Add little water and close the Kadai for few Minutes.
After 3 minutes, open the Kadai and Fry well.
Delicious Mouth watering Potato Fry is Ready to Serve.WOW!.......
