Chopped Onion | : | 2 Nos |
Chopped Tomato | : | 5 Nos |
Chopped Garlic | : | 4 pieces |
Curry Leafs | : | 10 Nos |
Coriander Leafs | : | 1 tsp |
Oil | : | 2 tsp |
Mustard | : | 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | : | 1/4 tsp |
Garam Masala Powder | : | 1/4 tap |
Red Chilly Powder | : | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | : | As Per Need |
Method :
Step 1 : Heat oil in Kadai, put Mustard.
Step 2 : After the Mustard pop, Add Chopped Onion, Garlic, Curry Leafs, Coriander Leafs and fry.
Step 3 : While Onion turned Brown Add Chopped Tomato and fry well.
