Potato fry is a very tasty chips or finger fry. This is deep fried marinated finger cut potatoes. It is a simple and quick method of preparation also. I have fried the marinated potatoes without soak. Because, usually water comes quickly in potatoes. So without soaking it, we can fry. We can have as a evening snack and side dish for lunch. I am adding curry leaves in this fry. It is giving more tasty and flavor. I have also posted potato stir fry recipe. Let's prepare potato finger fry.

Oil | : | For fry |
Peel off the potato and cut into long fingers.
Mix all the ingredients and marinate finger potatoes including curry leaves. No need to soak. We can fry as soon as we marinate. Otherwise, the potato will become watery.
Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the marinated potatoes. We have to put the potatoes separately. So that it will not be sticky.
