How to prepare Banana flower vada

Banana flower is rich in vitamin A and C. It is good especially for ladies. Using this flower, making vada is very tasty and healthy. But we have to clean this flower. Inside, we have to take the stem with bud and transparent leaf. Otherwise, the it will make bitter taste. It is the best combination with evening tea. Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :
 
                                       

Banana flower : 1 No
Chana dal : 1/2 Cup
Fennel seeds : 2 Tsp
Red chilly : 10 Nos
Garam masal powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Onion : 2 Nos
Garlic : 5 Nos
Curry leaves : Few
Method :
Soak the chana dal for 15 minutes. Clean the banana flower and grind.
Grind soaked chana dal, red chilly, fennel seeds well.
Add chopped onion, garlic, curry leaves,garam masala powder, salt with ground paste and mix well.
Make lemon size balls in the ground mix and press smoothly and make like vada.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the vada till it become golden brown.
After fry well, transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
