When i am preparing idli or dosa, all my friends ask me to prepare "Red color chutney". Red chutney is nothing but Tomato chutney. when preparing with tomatoes and red chilly, it gives rich red color. Mustard | : | 1/4 Tsp |
Take a mixer jar, add tomato, garlic, red chilly, coriander leafs, salt and grind well as chutney.
Heat oil in kadai, add mustard. After mustard pops, add curry leafs and grinned chutney and allow to boil.

Keep the chutney in low flame. When the oil comes out, take from the flame and transfer to the serving dish and serve. Here, the tasty tomato chutney is served with dosa.
