It has vitamins, minerals and it's good for maintaining Blood pressure. We can add ash gourd in morkuzhambu, sambar ect... But if u try raita with ash gourd gives different experience. Curd | : | 1 Cup |
Mustard | : | 1 Tsp |
Onion | : | 1/2 Cup |
Red chilly | : | 3 Nos |
Curry leaves | : | 5 Nos |
Oil | : | 2 Tsp |
Salt | : | As per taste |
Peel off the ash gourd, wash and cut into small pieces. Add salt, little water and keep it in low flame.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard. After the mustard pops, add chopped onion, red chilly, curry leaves and fry well. Add little salt for quick fry. (Onion is optional one).
