Jack-fruit seed is having Vitamin A which helps to solve hair problems. It helps to improve the blood circulation and reduce the digestive problems. Mostly jack-fruit seed is used for making sambhar. This recipe is very tasteful and this is taste like non-veg curry. It is very simple curry. Jack-fruit curry is goes with appam, chapathy, roti, and all variety riced like fried rice, kuska, coconut rice etc......

Peel off the seeds and cut into 2 Pcs.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped sambhar onion, coconut pieces, ginger, garlic and fry well. After the fried ingredients got cool, grind them as fine paste.
Heat oil in same pan, add fennel seeds. Add onion slices, green chilly and curry leaves and fry. Add chopped tomato and fry well.
Add jack-fruit seed pieces and fry.
Add all the masala powders and ground paste and add little water with salt and close with lid.
After the seed is fully cooked and got the correct consistency, transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
