Moong dal bonda or pakoda is preparing with yellow moong dal with adding onions, green chilies and grated ginger. Grated ginger | : | 1 Tsp |
Green chilly | : | 2 Nos |
Coriander leaves | : | Few |

Oil | : | For fry |
Wash and soak the yellow moong dal for at least 15-20 minutes.
Grind the well soaked dal adding salt. Add nicely chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, grated ginger and mix it nicely like bonda batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan, take small size balls from batter with your hand and put it into the well heated oil.
Make deep fry in all the sides. After fried well, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot.
