Everyone will like samosa. I wanted to prepare something different in samosa and i tried sweet mini samosa. When i prepared this for evening snack, all of my family members likes very much and my daughter likes the most. I am using only coconut with sugar stuffing. Instead of this, we can use chana dhal, sweet corn or any stuffing. Let us see how to prepare the tasty and simple sweet mini samosa.

Maida flour | : | 1 Cup |
Rava | : | 1 Tsp |
Oil | : | 1 Tsp |
Butter | : | 1/2 Tsp |
For stuffing | : | |
Grated coconut | : | 1 Cup |
Sugar powder | : | 3 Tsp |
Cardamon powder | : | 1/2 Tsp |
Oil | : | For fry |
Mix maida, rava with oil and butter and Luke warm water to make smooth dough. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes to make smoother. Keep the dough for minimum 15 minutes.
Mix sugar powder and cardamon powder with grated coconut to make stuffing.
To make samosa, make lemon size balls with using dough. Take the ball and roll it with your palm, then roll it in the rolling wood and make circle.
Cut the pressed flour into two pieces.Take one piece and make cone shape as shown below.
In that cone shape, fill the stuffing.
And close the samosa by pressing with your fingers. Make all balls same as samosa.
Heat oil in frying pan, fry the stuffed samosa by frying all the sides well.
After fried, transfer to the serving plate and serve hot. As this is sweet samosa, no need any sauce.
